My now-fiancée picked this place, and it was a little more than the other Airbnb I found. But let me tell you... it was worth every penny. 10/10. Legit the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. The house was super clean, beautiful, and even stocked with drinks and little extras (thank you for that, Cleopatra!). After a long day outside, my fiancée got to come back and relax in total comfort.<br/>As for me, I'm an aspiring stay-at-home outdoorsman dad (JK 😂), and this place blew me away. I told Cleopatra she needs to market this as an "Angler's Getaway." There was more wildlife in the marina behind the houses than I found wade fishing Jolly Beach or the flats. The marina walls act like a reef, so you'll see tons of fish, sea turtles, crabs, and all kinds of other marine life. We even snorkeled there, and it was awesome.<br/>Cleopatra is an amazing host and super responsive. What she has here is IT! I wish more host ran there rentals like her, Don't change a thing Cleopatra!!!
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Turquoise Vista Marina Villa in Exuma. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The villa is beautiful, spacious, impeccably maintained, incredibly comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the villa is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. We didn't miss a thing. Without a doubt, this is one of the best-equipped vacation rentals we have ever stayed in. The location is also very convenient for exploring Exuma and visiting the island's beautiful beaches. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Exuma. Thank you for an unforgettable stay—we made wonderful memories and would love to come back one day!

It’s was a beautiful place that was very clean and very well decorated. There was clear communication the entire time, and check in and check out were a breeze. It was very well equipped and even had a first aid kit and a sewing kit! A great place if you want to rent a boat while you’re there as it has a deep water marina! We would definitely return!
Cleopatra is a fantastic host, her pride of ownership in the villa and welcoming her guest is the best we have experienced. Her attention to detail and excellent communications set this rental apart. The ability to use the boat dock and keep a rental overnight was a huge plus for us. Cleopatra offered a wide range of recommendations and was very accommodating. The villa floor plan offers the privacy of two bedrooms and private baths for each room along with sliding door access to the covered deck from both rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with large and small appliances, spices, oil, coffee, sweeteners, teas and even a branded insulated cup to keep your drink cold. We enjoyed our stay!
TVM was a show in itself. The house is extremely well decorated, everything is brand new and very well maintained, exactly like in the photos. It actually far exceeded my expectations. Cleopatra is extremely kind, attentive and helpful, and we hope to be able to come back one day! It’s worth a lot
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cleopatra was extremely friendly and helpful. The house was beautiful, super comfortable and very well equipped. Beautifully decorated. The location was also beautiful as well! We were able to watch turtles in the water right out front every day.
Picture this: after a day on the most beautiful water on the planet, exploring the magical cays, snorkeling the reefs, you sail right up to your private villa’s patio to watch the sun set. The exquisite decor and furnishings of the Villas are one of a kind. My preference was lunch in Little Exuma, a day trip to a Stocking Island for drinks on/in the water (make sure to pet the friendly stingrays), then dinner in Georgetown, and these villas are smack dab in the middle of all the action.

Luxurious accommodations, Great location, bring your own boat keep it at the marina, the guys can fish, skip over to rum cay for the day or Cat Island and back for dinner to cook on the grill, close to town and Cleo is a wonderful host to help with any inquiries
