- They can browse pictures, check availability, and view rates.
Confirm Client Interest
Once your client decides on a villa, gather their details (name, stay dates, etc.).
Contact the Reservations Department
- Reach out to the reservations team via email or by submitting a form on the designated portal.
- Provide all guest details to create a booking link.
Reservations Department Sets Up the Booking
The reservations team will:
- Create the booking link.
- Add your agency as the source of the deal.
- Apply a discount equivalent to your commission, so you only pay the net rate.
Add Your Commission
- When billing your client, include your commission in the total.
- The price you charge the client will match the final rate they saw on the website.
SITUATION 2
Travel agent makes bookings arrangements (card being used is the client’s)

Lock in their choice

We handle the booking & payment

We want to honor your work.
We pay 10% commission to Travel Agents that sign with us for confirmed and effective bookings they bring for houses that are part of the Travel Agent portfolio.
A 5% referral commission is provided if a referred client books directly with TGL for the same property they originally booked through the Agency. The commission is valid for one year from the Agency’s last confirmed booking for any client. The property must remain part of the Agency’s commissionable portfolio at the time of booking confirmation.
